Immigration Lawyers
Currently, the Immigration Law LO 4/2000 of January 11 – with all its various modifications – is developed by the Immigration Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 557/2011, of April 20.
In our office, we manage and resolve all matters related to the aforementioned Immigration Law and its implementing regulations. We also handle all procedures and paperwork for foreigners and Spanish citizens, including all processes for acquiring Spanish nationality, serving all foreign nationals and citizens of Equatorial Guinea.
We specialize in residency applications for entrepreneurs, investors, highly qualified professionals, researchers, employees undergoing intra-company transfers within the same company or group of companies, and their family members, as regulated by the Entrepreneurs Act (Law 4/2013). This system is much more favorable due to the shorter processing times: 20 days compared to the three months of the general system. Furthermore, the initial residency is granted for two years and is renewable, unlike the general system where the initial residency is typically for one year.
