Currently, the Immigration Law LO 4/2000 of January 11 – with all its various modifications – is developed by the Immigration Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 557/2011, of April 20.

We specialize in residency applications for entrepreneurs, investors, highly qualified professionals, researchers, employees undergoing intra-company transfers within the same company or group of companies, and their family members, as regulated by the Entrepreneurs Law, Law 4/2013. This regime is much more advantageous due to the shorter processing times: 20 days compared to the three months of the general regime. Furthermore, the initial residency permit is valid for two years and is renewable, unlike the general regime where the initial permit is typically for one year.
